Roam Quill is a private travel diary that helps you document your journeys one city at a time. Every trip leaves impressions worth remembering — a narrow street you stumbled upon, a meal that surprised you, the way a place smelled at dusk. This app gives you a quiet space to write those things down before they fade.

You create city entries manually, then add dated notes inside each one. No accounts, no syncing, no location tracking. Everything stays on your device.

The interface is organized as a grid of cards — each city is its own section. Inside, you can browse your notes chronologically, sort entries by date or name, and switch between compact, card, or grid layouts depending on how you like to read. Three or four visual themes let you pick a look that suits your mood, from clean light palettes to darker evening tones.

Empty cities show a subtle background illustration so the app feels considered even before you start writing. A short animated loader greets you on launch. The whole experience is built around writing and nothing else.

No registration. No internet required. No paid features. Just your words and the places that inspired them.
